Your site is 30′ x 60′, level, gravel-paved, and wired up with hardwired high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi that holds up whether you’re working from your rig or just catching up on your shows. With 50-amp electric, 30-amp adapters available, full hook-ups, and a certified RV technician right on-site, long-term living here is genuinely comfortable from day one.
The property stretches across twenty wooded acres of pecan, cypress, cottonwood, and willow trees, divided into four sections each with its own fire pit, BBQ pit, and seating area. It doesn’t take long before those common areas start to feel like your own backyard. Wooden boardwalks wind through the wetlands and lead down to the Guadalupe River, where guests have private access to some of the best fishing in the region. Whether you’re pulling in perch, bass, and catfish from the bank or just sitting riverside with a cup of coffee, the river has a way of making every day feel special.
The Community Room is fully stocked with a kitchen, shuffleboard, board games, laundry, and a book and video exchange. We also have a country store and propane on-site, a dog park, a playground, and security cameras throughout the property. Check out our full suite of amenities.
And when you’re ready to get out and explore, the nearby town of Gonzales has plenty to do and see including museums, historic downtown, and a community that takes its Texas heritage seriously. Shiner’s Spoetzl Brewery makes for a great afternoon out. The mineral springs at Ottine are right up the road when you need a proper reset.
